H.R. Hygiene Products Limited is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company engaged in the production and sale of hygiene and personal care products. The company offers a range of products across women’s hygiene, baby care, and adult care categories through its proprietary brands, including Femiss, Womanica, ElderFit, and Bloom Baby. The company initially focused on manufacturing sanitary napkins and has subsequently diversified its portfolio to address the evolving hygiene requirements of different age groups and consumer segments. In addition to marketing products under its own brands, it also undertakes contract manufacturing and private-label production for selected customers.
Its brand portfolio caters to varied market needs. Femiss provides cost-effective menstrual hygiene solutions, while Womanica focuses on premium sanitary products with enhanced absorbency and comfort features. ElderFit serves the adult care segment with products such as adult diapers, and Bloom Baby offers baby care products designed to ensure comfort, protection, and skin-friendly usage. H.R. Hygiene Products markets its offerings through a combination of traditional and digital distribution channels.
Its offline presence is supported by a network of consignment sales agents and distributors, while its online reach extends through leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Glowroad, Snapdeal, and JioMart. As of March 31, 2025, the company maintained a distribution network comprising 11 Consignment Sale Agents (CSAs) and 182 distributors. This network was supported by a sales and marketing workforce of more than 96 professionals. The company served a broad customer base of over 200 clients across 28 states and 8 union territories in India.
The manufacturing operations are carried out from the company’s production facility located in Rajkot, Gujarat, which supports efficient product manufacturing and nationwide distribution. As of September 29, 2025, H.R. Hygiene Products Limited employed a workforce of 141 personnel.
