Does BuyUnlistedShares buy, sell or execute trades in unlisted shares?
No. BuyUnlistedShares publishes research and indicative data and accepts non-binding enquiries. It is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, research analyst, custodian or payment channel, and it does not execute trades or hold customer funds. Any execution and settlement must occur through an appropriately registered intermediary under separate documentation.
Where do the indicative prices on this site come from?
They are indicative over-the-counter reference prices compiled by the research desk. They are not exchange quotes, price commitments or offers to deal. Every company page shows the date of the price it displays, and the published methodology explains how figures are derived and where their limits are.
How many unlisted companies does BuyUnlistedShares cover?
The directory currently publishes 236 Indian unlisted and pre-IPO company profiles, each with an indicative price, dated price history where records exist, and the fundamentals available for that company. Coverage and source availability vary by company.
