What you'll do
Respond to every new enquiry the same day: buyers, sellers, ESOP holders and partner applicants, by call and WhatsApp.
Qualify each lead: company, quantity, timeline, and documents ready or not.
Coordinate each deal end to end: KYC, client master report, demat details, payment confirmation and transfer tracking, using the desk's checklist.
Keep the admin panel accurate: every lead gets a status and a next step, every day.
Source sellers, follow up on warm buyers, and support our partner network with their clients' queries.
Give investment advice, promise returns or listing gains, or quote prices the desk hasn't confirmed.
Handle client money. Clients pay only into the company account.
You'll be a fit if you
Have 1–3 years in broking operations, wealth management, mutual fund distribution, or a client-facing finance role.
Are comfortable with demat and KYC processes, and ideally have NISM certification (Series V-A or similar).
Communicate clearly in Hindi and English, on calls and on WhatsApp.
Are organised, quick with spreadsheets and admin tools, and follow processes exactly.
Value integrity: this role handles client trust every day.
How you'll be measured
Speed of first response, leads with an up-to-date status, deals completed without errors, and sellers sourced.

BuyUnlistedShares is the unlisted and pre-IPO desk of Gayatri Financial Synergy, a Faridabad firm in the market since 2002.
