About Purple Style Labs
Purple Style Labs Ltd. operates Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop (“PPUS”), a multi-brand luxury fashion platform that follows an omnichannel retail model. Customers can access its curated fashion offerings through its website, mobile applications on Android and iOS, and physical Experience Centers. As of March 31, 2025, PPUS featured 211,727 stock-keeping units (SKUs) across 1,312 active designer brands. Its portfolio spans multiple categories, including womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories, and kidswear. The platform features several prominent Indian designer labels, including Seema Gujral, Anushree Reddy, Amit Aggarwal, and Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna.
During Fiscal 2023 to Fiscal 2025, PPUS catered to more than 200,000 unique customers across 140 countries. In Fiscal 2025, the platform recorded 18.57 million unique visitors, served 70,651 customers, and processed 104,856 orders, with customers located across more than 100 countries. The company has expanded its international footprint through a flagship Experience Center in London, United Kingdom, while planning to establish another Experience Center in New York, United States. Its key overseas markets include the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East, and Canada.
