Cube Highways Trust is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) established under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) InvIT Regulations. Formed in December 2021, the Trust was created to own, operate, and invest in infrastructure assets across India through a network of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and holding entities.
