The community is a question board. Ask about unlisted shares, ESOPs, transfers, tax or an IPO; other members answer, and the desk answers too, marked as a desk answer. Every question and every reply is read by the desk before it appears, so the board stays free of tips, price targets and people touting their own deals.

House rules
No advice, no tips, no price targets. No soliciting: no offers to buy or sell, and no forwarding of unverified deals or screenshots. Be specific and be civil. The desk removes members who break the rules.
What the desk answers
How unlisted shares, off-market transfers, lock-ins, ESOP exits, capital-gains tax and IPO applications actually work, and what the dated indicative prices on the screener and the figures on the IPO calendar mean. The desk does not say what to buy or sell, and does not give price targets.
Posts by members
Posts are the opinions of the members who write them. Prices quoted in a post are indicative and dated, and may differ from the price at which a deal is concluded. For a quote or a question about your own holding, send an enquiry to the desk instead.

The desk also runs a WhatsApp community carrying dated indicative prices and IPO alerts. It is free to join and you can leave whenever you like; the same house rules apply there.
Privacy
Your first name is shown on a post, never your mobile number or email. A post is public once it is approved, the desk may edit it for clarity or remove it, and you can ask for your posts to be removed from your account or by writing to the grievance officer.

How do I report a post?
