About Omara Ventures India
Omara Ventures India Limited is engaged in the retail jewellery business, specialising in diamond jewellery crafted with natural diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and precious metals such as gold, platinum, and silver. The Company markets its products under the "Omara" brand and primarily serves business-to-consumer (B2C) customers through its exclusive retail boutique.
Its product portfolio features a diverse range of diamond jewellery, including necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and other adornments designed to suit varying customer preferences, age groups, and occasions. The collection spans bridal and wedding jewellery, festive and celebratory pieces, occasion-specific designs, as well as contemporary jewellery for everyday wear, catering to multiple price segments.
The Company's operating model focuses on product ideation, design development, consumer trend analysis, collection curation, and retail merchandising. While jewellery manufacturing is undertaken through a dedicated product development and supply partner, all products are created in accordance with designs, specifications, and quality standards approved by the Company. Omara also offers customised jewellery solutions, allowing customers to tailor designs to their individual tastes and special requirements.
The Company follows a selective and design-driven approach to its collections, introducing limited-quantity designs to preserve exclusivity and uniqueness. Each jewellery piece bears the "Omara" brand insignia, enhancing product authenticity and reinforcing brand recognition. The Company places significant emphasis on quality assurance, with products supported by relevant certifications, including BIS hallmarking for precious metals and diamond grading or certification from recognised gemological institutions such as GIA, wherever applicable.
As of June 30, 2026, Omara Ventures India Limited had a workforce of 17 employees across leadership, key managerial personnel, sales and marketing, accounts, operations, product management, and support functions.
