Buy or sell unlisted shares: send an enquiry
The desk's buy and sell enquiry form. Pick the company, set a quantity, leave a number, and the desk calls back with a dated quote and confirms the price in writing.
What happens after you send it
The desk gets back to you with a quote. If you want to go ahead, the quote is confirmed in writing, you complete KYC and share your client master list, and the shares are transferred off-market into your own demat account. The desk may decline or re-price an enquiry as the terms set out.
Buying and selling
For a buy enquiry, the company and the quantity are enough; if the company is not tracked, send the enquiry anyway and name it on the call. For a sell enquiry, have a demat holding statement ready so the desk can match the ISIN and quantity. The minimum ticket for each company is its lot size multiplied by the indicative price, shown on the company page in the screener. Company accounts carry a higher minimum and more compliance, so an enquiry in your own name is quicker.
Payment safety
Funds for a deal go only to the account named on your deal sheet. The desk does not ask for payment to a personal UPI handle, a wallet, or an account communicated over WhatsApp alone. Before transferring, verify the account name and IFSC with the desk on a recorded call, and report any request for payment in the desk's name to a different account immediately.
What the price on the page means
It is a dated indicative dealer reference, updated every working day. Unlisted shares are illiquid and a listing is never certain; read the disclaimer before you proceed.
